Welcome. I am a PhD student at the University of Toronto's Department of Sociology, and former engineering professional.
I research the processes by which people develop a shared 'world sense' and, thereby, a shared sense of responsibility.
I believe strongly in the value of sociological inquiry, as a disciplined, reflective process within collective life. This is why I've chosen to dedicate a large portion of my life to practicing and progressing its traditions.
